Currently there are about 600 families living here. The first batch of settlers moved here in 1980. About 60km from Temerloh, and 40km from Triang.

  • I was grown up here, and was schooled at SMK Purun from 1981 to 1983. My Mom and Dad are still here. No. 389, Blok 17, Felda Kumai.
  • raised in this small settler area since 1980s. Been full time here till year 1989, before enrolled into boarding school in 1990 and never looked back. did well and continue studying till felt it was enough to start life anew in big city. Nevertheless this village is always being remembered forever.
