Designed in 1946 by Archibald F. Gilbert as a school bus garage. Was a functioning service garage for Huntington Coach Corp., the district's contracted bus company. The busses pictured have since been removed from the property and the building was converted into freestanding administration offices in June 2015.

The district's municipal advisor is Capital Markets Advisors of Great Neck and their council is Frazer & Feldman. Their Moody's credit rating as of 2018 is Aa1.
