Pair of semi-detached four-bay two-storey houses, built c.1840, now in use as a public house, post office and shop, with extension to rear.

This pub and shop, located on the main road within the village of Ballycumber, form a pair of modest structures that is pleasing in both form and proportion. The simple pubfront with its fluted pilasters enhances the plain façade, as do the timber sash windows to the first floor with their moulded surrounds. As a pair, these buildings form an attractive group, which enhance the streetscape and make a positive addition to the architectural heritage of Ballycumber.
