Slieve Bloom Mountains (Sliabh Bladhma)

Mountain range in central Ireland. Counties Laois and Offaly border runs along the highest ridge of the mountains. The highest peak is Arderin at 526m. A legnd says that an irish giant fionn mccumhail after his father died moved here to two women that were sopposed to teach him to fight defend and hunt. After he moved here he started learning and made himself way to the fianna the irish army and he went to the top to be the leader of the fianna. This legend is 2000 years old! Fionn really existed but he wasn't 3 meters high! he was like all men from that age about 1 metre 70 centimetres.
