5-story office building completed in the 1800s as a store-and-lofts building. The tall ground floor is clad in brownstone, with a segmental-arched garage door on the left, and a pedestrian doorway on the right. The upper floors are clad in white-washed red brick, with flat, connected stone lintels and sills. A black metal roof cornice caps the building. From 1950 to 1969, it was occupied by Marine Engine Specialties Corp., whose name can see be seen painted on the facade.
