6-story office building completed in 1915. Designed by Alex Baylies as a commercial loft building, it is clad in brown brick above a limestone base. There is a 1-window wide chamfered corner facing the intersection. The two long facades each have three central bays of triple windows, culminating in segmental-arches with limestone keystones at the 5th floor, with paired windows at the outer bays. On the Renwick Street side, the ground floor also has segmental-arched openings at the center. Each window grouping has a stone sill and brick lintel. Above a small stone cornice, the top floor has regular paired windows. The building is crowned by a modillioned and dentiled roof cornice.
