Baldy Peak is a 4645-foot mountain in the Siskiyou National Forest, a few miles northeast of Applegate Reservoir. It's a east-west ridge, with dry meadow on the south slopes and forest on the north and east. It can be accessed via a trail from forest road 200.940. The trail leads to a saddle at about 4360 feet, but short informal side trail goes to the summit.
