A private "24 hour emergency room" facility, the second built in the area and the first in Waco proper (opened summer 2016). This was the home of Magic China, a Chinese restaurant which was closed in June 2015 and demolished a few months later. Before that, it was home to a breakfast-type restaurant called Tanglewood Farms (which closed sometime in the 1990s), described as being comparable to today's Cracker Barrel. Due to the fact of how old the aerial photo is, the polygon marks the footprint of Magic China.
