Opened on 31 August 2003, Tun Sambanthan Monorail Station is an elevated monorail station that forms a part of the Kuala Lumpur Monorail Line. The station is named after V.T. Sambanthan (en.wikipedia.org/wiki/V._T._Sambanthan), a notable figure in the Malaysian Indian Congress (www.mic.org.my/) and one of the Founding Fathers of Malaysia.
