Away from the crowd, amidst lush greenery, HILL TOP VILLAGE is near Kolencherry in a peaceful location 2km from the NH. The layout has 12 house plots ranging from 8 cents to 10 cents. The internal road is 6m wide with landscaped shoulders. An open community area of 9 cents is left for play ground and club house. There is a landscaped front entry space with a watchman’s cabin and gate.
Each house plot is planted with 4 coconut trees, 2 mango trees, a few other fruit trees and vegetables. The land is provided with sweet water supply from a bore well and also from an open well. The land is strong enough to take the loads of foundation without much RCC elements.
Standard house plans designed by Architects is given free along with the land. Customised plans, Architect’s Services and construction services can be arranged at extra cost.
Bookings are open for the house plots. A refundable booking amount of Rs.10000/- has to be paid along with the filled up application form. The allotment shall be made on first come first serve basis and registration of the land can be done as soon as the funds are ready.
For those who wish to build their villa in the plot, Housing loan can be arranged from leading banks subject to the repayment capacity of the buyer.
