Historic house and farm listed on the National Register of Historic Places. The main house shows Tudor Revival and French Eclectic architectural styles and dates to 1937. The farm is made up of the Cobble Hill Tract, as well as two tenant farms, each with their own main farmhouse, that measure 46 and 63 acres. The entire Cobble Hill Farm property (the Cobble Hill Tract plus the two other farms) is 196 acres in size.
