12-story residential building originally completed in 1929 as an 8-story parking garage designed by William Shary. From 2013-15, it was completely renovated into a condominium building designed by Cetra/Ruddy, with a new facade of red-orange Roman brick, and four new setback floors on top, featuring a glass facade that curves back away from the building line. The building has just eight units, including duplexes and a triplex.
