This is possibly the highest point in Telangana. If the area transferred from Telangana to Andhra Pradesh contains Chinturu and Vararamachandrapuram mandals of Khammam district (which is where we have Pedda Konda with a height of 1360m), this peak at the border of Telangana and Chhattisgarh should be the highest point in Telangana.
