Historic Georgian Revival-style house dating to 1924. The house was built by Edward Thurston Mankin, the owner of a brick manufacturer, and various elements of the property show off clever uses of brick construction. The property, which is also known as Brickworks and Irvin Place, is listed on the National Register of Historic Places. It is now a bed & breakfast and wedding venue.
