Historic house and farm listed on the National Register of Historic Places. There was a farm on this site as early as 1670, but the existing farmhouse was built around 1723. The house, which is sometimes referred to as Shelton House, sustained damage in the Battle of Totopotomoy Creek during the Civil War.
