The Centre is run under the agaeis of Lakulish International Fellowships Mission founded by Swami Rajarshi Muni.
Lord Lakulish took incarnation at Kayavarohan near Vadodara before 5500 years in the beginning of Kaliyug. Making Kayavarohan as Headquarter he preached for Sanatan Religion all over the world. The linage of Lord Lakulish was than diminished and recently before 100 years it was re-established by Lord Lakulish himself. In 1913 Lord gave Brahm Vidya to Swami Pranavanand at Haridwar and made him his follower. Swami Pranavanand did Yog sadhana for 17 years in Rishikesh and his soul left his body. There after Lord Lakulish entered in the body of Swami Pranavanand (Parkaya Pravesh) and came to Bombay. In 1931 Lord Lakulish gave Brahm Vidya to Kripalvanandji at Bombay and made him his Patt Shishya. In 1971 Swami Kripalvanandji gave Brahm Vidya to Swami Rajarshi Muni who is present head of the organization and the fourth Kulguru. After Sanyasth Diksha Swami Rajarshi Muni performed asthang yog Sadhana for 22 years remaining in complete seclusion and as a result Lord Lakulish appeared in front of him in 1993 and commanded him to restore Indian culture all over the world which is termed as cultural restoration..
