A small, 3-story Italianate townhouse completed in the late 1850s. The 3-bay facade is surfaced in white smooth stucco, with a sideways-facing, green-painted iron stoop and railing leading up to the parlor floor entrance. The doorway is topped by a segmental-arched cornice with brackets. The windows each have a smaller cornice of the same design, and corbelled stone sills. The windows decrease in height as they go up each floor. The building is crowned by a bracketed metal roof cornice. This townhouse is now used for commercial purposes.
