A small 3-story townhouse completed in the 1860s. The 3-bay facade is clad in pale yellow-painted brick above a white stuccoed basement. A high stoop leads to a doorway framed by wood pilasters and a segmental-arched lintel, with a wall sconce to the left, and a shell-shaped ornament above the lintel. The windows all have stone sills and are segmental-arched, with the lintels having been shaved flat or completely removed. Exterior shutters have been added to each of the windows. The building is crowned by a bracketed roof cornice.
