Sri Mullapudi Venkataraya Memorial is 0ne of the Premier Polytechnic colleges in Andhra Pradesh, India.

It is known for its academic excellence. One of the achievements was the all time record in the history of Polytechnic in the state: In year 1994, for DEEE branch, the college claimed all three top ranks, (State first with 90.0%, second and third). Also this batch won top 7 out of 10 ranks in the ECET (Engg Common Entrace Test), claiming the top three ranks.
