155-foot, 12-story Industrial Neo-Classical building completed in 1927. Designed by Parker & Shaffer as a factory for the Wolff Book Manufacturing Company, and served as an annex to the Wolff Bindery building on the other side of the High Line. It has four wide central bays flanked by slightly projecting towers featuring two narrow bays each. The building is faced in concrete, and the ground floor has raised concrete circle details, and raised concrete door surrounds. There are two rectangular loading docks and various rectangular recessed panels at central bays of first story; concrete cornice above the first story serves as sills of the second-story fenestration. The 10th floor is slightly recessed between the end towers; the western tower is also set back. The concrete piers terminate in stylized pinnacles spanned by pointed-arch and miniature pinnacle details. The east elevation is partially visible from the street; it has two large bays of multi-paned windows grouped toward the left and two columns of narrow rectangular windows in the center.

At the time of its construction, the building was equipped as one of the most modern printing establishments in the city. Like the Wolff Bindery next door, arrangements were made early on for the leasing of space to allied trades, including other publishers and printers. The building is currently occupied by a number of galleries and art-related businesses, as well as the Raymond Naftali Ambulatory Center, with services including rehabilitation, primary care, pediatrics programs, endocrinology, diabetes treatment, and rheumatology.
