The chapel (seventeenth century), the third on the right, was ceded by the Bishop family to Fano Nolfi in 1604 that attuò the complete transformation making it an important example of Baroque art. The sculptural decoration was completed (1616/17) by Peter plasterer Solaro design of Girolamo Rainaldi, while the fresco cycle, which makes the famous chapel is the work of Domenico Zampieri Domenichino. It was the jurist Guido Nolfi who commissioned the work. The decorative complex was badly damaged in 1749 following a fire that broke out in the choir, and because of the humidity. In 1762 the Fano Sebastiano Ceccarini restored the paintings that were later almost abandoned. Recently have been carefully restored along with the entire decoration of the chapel.
