2-story mercantile building completed in 1930. Designed by Mott B. Schmidt, it is clad in white-painted brick. Originally, there were two shops at street level and an apartment on the second floor..The two original shops remain on Tenth Avenue along with the entrance to the second floor where six evenly-spaced windows pierce the facade. Today, the building is used as an annex for the Empire Diner. It houses the kitchen, a dining room, and offices. The only decoration is a band of brick dentils at the base of the brick parapet.
