A pair of 4-stort Greek-revival residential buildings completed together in the 1860s. They both have rusticated brownstone basements and high stoops leading to Greek style doorways. No. 349 is clad in red brick, and No. 351 is clad in red brick on the parlor floor, with brown brick above. Both houses have three bays of stone sills and lintels, and bracketed roof cornices. There is a black metal fire escape on No. 349.

They now contain rental apartments.
