2-story mercantile building completed in 1941 as a restaurant. Designed by Irving Brooks, it is clad in grey-painted smooth stucco, with a metal frame running up each side and across the roof line. A metal canopy is suspended above the entrance. The building is now occupied by Avenue, a nightclub.
