Olympiaturm - olympic tower. One of the Europe's tallest towers.

Constructed from 1965 to 1968 as a combined broadcast / observation tower. Initially not planned as a part of the olympic area; construction began before Munich was named the location for the Olympic Games of 1972.

Houses a rotating restaurant at 182m and, as of 2004, the Rock Museum.
