6-story office building originally completed in 1938 as a 2-story market building. The original section was designed by David M. Oltarsh with tan and red brick, and metal canopies above the loading bays. For most of its history it has had meatpacking business tenants.

In 2013-14, it was redeveloped into an office buidling with a new 4-story structure added on top. Designed by Morris Adjmi, the new top portion is a twisting black steel and glass exo-skeleton, set back slightly at each floor. It was formerly occupied by Samsung Electronics America, and is now occupied by Bilt, a New York-based housing and neighborhood commerce platform.
