112-foot, 6-story office building completed in 2020. Designed by BKSK Architects, it is part of a 2-building complex, along with the 5-story building to the east. Also known as 809 Washington, the building is clad in variegated beige brick with a grey granite water table. The west facade on Washington Street has six middle bays that are grouped into three pairs. They have show-windows on the ground floor, and off-set double-windows on the upper floors; the middle two are separated by a metal mullion instead of brick. At both ends is a narrow bay with single-windows. The middle bays culminate in three segmental-arches at the 5th floor. A black metal-and-glass suspended awning covers most of the ground floor, and the roof line is marked by a simple black metal cornice.

The north facade on Gansevoort Street has three large bays. On the ground floor they each have a set of glass retail double-doors framed by windows, and the upper floors have a triple-window flanked by single-windows at each bay. There are also arches at the 5th floor, and another awning over the ground floor. Since 2024, the ground floor has been occupied by SaintLaurent.
