The church is located in Collevalenza , part of the municipality of Todi (PG) .
The current appearance of the parish church , which is located inside the castle and dedicated to St. John the Baptist, is due to a substantial reconstruction in Gothic style made in Terzio decade of the last century , the architect Todi Pollio Moriconi . It is a plant with a single nave , plastered and painted , covered with a double flaps supported by wooden trusses , the presbytery , which was introduced by a triumphal arch ogive and raised two steps, turned around with a ribbed cruise . The choir , which is located on the wall of the counter , is supported by cement columns . The facade of the temple, part of the fifth street , shows characters exquisitely neo-gothic , gabled , hanging arches crowned by pointed arches and plastered with false appeals to ashlar portal , with a lunette ogive with ceramic decoration , is surmounted by a rose window in a radial pattern .
