149-foot, 12-story office building originally completed in 1911 as a 9-story warehouse. It is clad in white brick, with a stone band course above the 2nd floor. Three floors were added to the eastern portion of the building in a 1989 renovation. The windows of the original top floor are segmental-arched. In 2005, the building was sold with plans to convert it into condominiums, but the project never got off the ground due to financing problems.
