The church is located at Pontenaia , part of the municipality of Todi (PG) .
The little Church of Maria Santissima del Soccorso is located at the edge of the main road that reaches from Todi Vasciano . The plant, the devotional character , consists of a single nave simple , plastered and painted , covered with a double layer supported by wooden beams , ending in a niche of the apse with a flat bottom . The only altar , placed on a platform , is made of polychrome marble . Plastered we also present the external walls , in particular , the double sloping facade is characterized by the single wooden door entrance . The room used as a sacristy is located on the left side of the building, while the bell tower , mounted in brick pitched right on the main facade, showing an unusual shape to L.
