5-story parking garage completed in 1905. Designed by Thomas H. Styles as a warehouse for the Foster Scott Ice Company. It is quite a handsome structure, clad in red-orange brick and crowned at the top story by a pair of large windows, each subdivided into five arched units. Rectangular panels of brick simulating quoins strengthen the corners of the building visually. It was converted to a garage in the mid-1900s. The ground floor has the vehicle entrances on the right side, and an office on the left. The garage is operated by Apple Parking, and also offers auto detailing and car wash services.
