Historic building, built in 1899 by brothers Frank and Harry Woods. Originally housed their First National Bank of Victor, among other businesses.

After the First National Bank failed in 1903, the building was purchased by Albert E. Carlton, who established the City Bank of Victor in the space previously occupied by the First National Bank.

Now the "Victor Hotel". (Not to be confused with the historic Hotel Victor, which was located just across 4th Street to the west, and was destroyed in the Victor fire of 1899.)

The current building replaced an earlier two-story "Bank Block" building, built by the Woods brothers on the same site in 1894. It housed the brothers' Victor Banking Company bank, and was destroyed in the 1899 fire.

Listed in the National Register of Historic Places.
