131-foot, 10-story office building completed in 1927. Designed by Victor Mayper as a warehouse. It has a brown brick and applied masonry facade spanning seven bays of quad-windows along Charlton Street, with four bays of triple-windows on Varick. There is decorative detail under the large windows, including brick patterns in the spandrels below the 3rd floor, and a Greek-fret design at the top floor. Small terra-cotta panels ornament the two outer bays of windows. The ground floor is occupied by a Dunkin' Donuts, a Subway sandwiches, and Varick Commercial Stationers.
