19-story postmodern hotel completed in 2010. Designed by Peter F. Poon Architects, PC, it has a prominent metal and glass canopy extending out to the sidewalk. The facade itself is slightly recessed from the building line, and clad in blue pre-cast panels and glass with red and yellow-colored framing elements.
