6-story office building completed in 1919. Designed by Russell G. Cory as a warehouse. It has wide bands of horizontal windows framed in concrete, split into three main bays on Varick, and five main bays on King Street, with one narrow end bay at the west end. The spandrels between the mid-section floors are painted red. The building was converted to offices in the 1990s. The ground floor is occupied by Dizzy Izzy's Bagels.
