From about 1960 until about 1978, Danny Balzs' The Tikis was like Disney's Enchanted Tiki Room on acid. With seating for 3000, an erupting volcano, four waterfalls, five separate discos, a train ride, petting zoo and unbelievable stage show with knife dancers, hula girls, a flying gorilla and all the Mai Tais you could drink, The Tikis offered an unbelievably good time.
