244-foot, 17-story Art-Deco office building completed in 1930. Designed by Victor Mayper, it has also been called the Roanwell Building and the Graybar-Varick Building. The building has a 2-story limestone base, with the main entrance offset to the right below an angled arch. The upper floors are clad in brown brick, with windows arranged in groups of three; there are ten bays along Varick Street, and five each on the north and south elevations. There are several setbacks above the 12th floor level. The building is home to a number of New York's architecture and design offices. The ground floor is occupied by Little Italy Pizzeria & Deli, and Arrojo Studio salon.
