Under a 3,000-square-foot covering, the breaching facility provides a variety of fixtures to practice various breaching methods. This includes seven reusable doors for ram and sledge practice, 10 door frames for mounting pre-hung wood or metal doors, vertical and horizontal water-tight hatch simulators or cut-through, and first- and second-story windows for window breaching. Situated next to the facility is a large demolitions range where students can observe effects protected by a thick blast wall with ballistic windows. Also included in this range are multiple panels for breaching lock and hasp closures.
