Historic house, built in 1892 by mining broker and mining company executive George E. Lindley. Later owned by Herbert Johnson of Norman O. Johnson and Sons Dry Goods, and physician Dr. Don Allison Vanderhoof.

Now houses the Colorado College Summer Program Office.

Listed on the National Register of Historic Places, where it is known as the Lindley-Johnson-Vanderhoof House.
