A row of four 3-story Italianate residential buildings completed in 1849 as part of a row of seven. The remaining four houses are slightly set back from the sidewalk, and except for No. 8, retain their original stoops with handsome ironwork. The eastern two are clad in red brick over brownstone basements, while the western two have orange brick, all three bays wide. When No. 8 was altered to a basement entrance, the basement level and floor above were refaced in brown stucco. Each facade has stone windows sills and metal cornices, with bracketed roof cornices.
