8-story office building completed in 1920. Designed by Hobart B. Upjohn for the Upjohn Company. It has a simple, 5-sided facade clad in reddish-brown brick with horizontal window groupings. It has a simple brick parapet at the top and, except for the pedimented entrance door, is completely utilitarian and virtually devoid of ornament.
