A row of six 3-story residential buildings completed together in 1952 as townhouses. The row also originally included No. 40, which has since been completely altered. The existing houses are transitional in style between Greek-revival and Italianate. They are all clad in red brick over rusticated brownstone basements, with stoops leading to pedimented entryways. The window sills and lintels are of stone, and the first floors have long parlor windows. The houses have their original bracketed roof cornices, with drops at the outer end of each bracket.

The original stoop of No. 30 has been removed to provide a basement entrance, along with a graceful curved staircase with cast-iron railings, leading up to the right side of the house.
