Also known as the "Fountain of Rua," the source Cesia is located in Corso Cavour, near the source of Scarnabecco. It's called Cesia because it was built - in 1606 - was commissioned by the bishop Angelo Cesi, to collect water from the Citadel Hill. The source, restored in 1705, the exhibition center the eagle, symbol of Todi, dominated from the tree on the mountain that belongs to the crest of the Cesi. The side tanks in cement were added in 1925.
