The Parkleys Estate,or simply 'Parkleys' was designed by Eric Lyons (1912-1980),English architect & town planner and pioneer of Span Architecture,and his associate Geoffrey Townshend. Parkleys is a fine example of Lyons Span designs,built between 1955 and 1956 and Grade II* Listed,for simple family living with two or three bedrooms on simple open-plan span designs.
