A row of nine 3-story Federal-style townhouses all erected in 1832-33 as 2.5-story speculative houses with dormers. The top floor of each, except for No. 114, was raised to full height in the mid-late 1800s. No. 114 has a pair of rounded dormers above its metal cornice. The other, newer roof cornices are of designs typical of the later 19th century, with brackets, modillions and/or paneling.

The facades are all three bays wide and clad in red brick, except for No. 118, which is smooth-stuccoed and painted white with brown trim. The four houses at 116-122 have all been modernized to provide basement entrances in place of stoops. The remaining stoops have varied black wrought-iron railings. At No. 108's 2nd floor, the two eastern windows have been combined into a three-sectioned studio window. No. 112 & 114 have the most interesting doorways, framed by Ionic and fluted Doric columns, respectively, supporting entablatures with glass transoms and molded cornices on top.

No. 118 has a smaller top floor than the other houses, set above a brown metal modillioned cornice.
