162-foot, 12-story office building completed in 1929. Designed by Victor Mayper as a warehouse. The 2-story stone base has segmentally-arched windows at the 2nd floor. The upper floors are clad in light-brown brick with darker brick spandrel panels between floors, featuring decorative brickwork. The piers alternate between wide and narrow, with the windows slightly recessed between. The piers extend into pointed gables above the roof line.
