The Mining Exchange Building, a historic former office building built in 1902 by Winfield Scott Stratton.

Now part of The Mining Exchange, a Wyndham Grand Hotel.

In addition to offices, it originally housed the Colorado Springs Mining Stock Exchange.

Before this building was built, the Mining Stock Exchange was based in the "old" Mining Exchange Building (originally the "Aiken Block"), at 105-107 East Pikes Peak Avenue.
