Historic building that formerly housed the Dern Tea and Coffee Company.

The three-story portion on the north side (the original Dern Building) was built in 1911. It originally featured a distinctive sign resembling the blades of a windmill.

The two-story portion on the south side (originally a separate building) was built in the 1920s, and originally housed a series of department stores.

The two buildings were combined, and the current facade built, in 1938.
