Historic former boarding house, built in 1900 and originally operated by Elizabeth Riesbeck. Later known as "The Westover". Formerly part of a bed and breakfast (along with the neighboring Bemis House) called the "Hearthstone Inn". Both buildings now make up the Hearthstone Apartments. This building originally had house number 514, but it was re-designated with 506 to match the adjoining Bemis House, as they are physically connected and operate as the same entity.
