Historic house, built in 1927 in the Colonial Revival style. Originally the home of Ida May Maclaskey Rice, widow of physician and Winfield Scott Stratton business partner Dr. David Rice.

Now a French-language-themed Colorado College dormitory.

Listed on the National Register of Historic Places (where it is called the Ida M. Rice House) for its architectural significance.
